Join us as Tim Kent, PLS and instructor at OIT, discusses their Geomatics and Surveying programs.
“At Oregon Tech, the study of geomatics combines theory, problem-solving and field work in a computer-intensive curriculum that prepares students for employment and licensure as Professional Land Surveyors. A shortage of trained personnel makes the employment forecaset for geomatics graduates exceptional. OITs geomatics program is accredited by the Applied Science Accreditation Commission of the Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology (ABET)” (http://www.oit.edu/programs/geomatics)
This is an informal, informational presentation hosted by the Washington State Section of the American Congress on Surveying and Mapping.
